We arrived into Chester a good few hours before check in so wanted to ask if we could store our luggage, however our room was ready so we were told we could check in right away! (Great start!) We were also upgraded at a discount price (nice little touch there) The exterior is stunning, the revolving door (possibly my favourite part of the hotel haha) and grand staircase were just stunning! The staff were so friendly and helpful. I had cut my finger earlier in the day, it kept reopening and one of the staff was very helpful in getting me wipes and extra plasters as I’d ran out. The room itself was gorgeous!! We had a view of the back gardens which looked so nice with the autumn leaves! The bed was large and comfortable! I would love to know where to buy the pillows!! I HATE climbing stairs but they were just too grand not too. We didn’t eat in the hotel but we did have a drink in the bar whilst we waited for a friend and it was lovely. The food looked delicious. The one and only issue I had was the strange humming/buzz at night which made it difficult to drift off to sleep. However, I did bring earplugs and should have used them so that’s on me haha! Would definitely stay here again if/when we visit Chester!

房間很乾凈很不錯，裝修風格獨特別緻，就是傳説這酒店很著名，*******。晚上11點左右電視自己開了，播的是黑白電視因為是一個人住的嚇到我了。搜了一下發現酒店在當地很多傳説。

Our room is located on the third floor facing the train station - but there isn't any train noises during the night - the traffic sounded more! Very high ceilings and large windows making the room feels large and spacious:D Right out of the station - you don't even have to look for it However, the phone doesn't seem to be working - tried calling reception yet no one pick up, and when calling room service, the call didn't even went through As an old building, ventilation is amazing with AC built, the lift is a bit tiny but understandable because of building restrictions Overall a very nice stay but will prefer the telephone to be working:/

A very nice hotel, right opposite the station. It's a little bit of a walk into town but not too far. Check-in was a little slow but apart from that I had an excellent stay.

Отель находится прямо напротив вокзала. При заселении нам предложили небольшой номер с маленьким окном под потолком, отталкивающимися обоями, насекомыми и волосами в ванной. Мы попросили поменять номер, и нам дали другой гораздо более приятный номер. Но и там были свои минусы - пыль в некоторых местах, плохо работающий слив в туалете, отсутствие холодильника и сейфа. Мы просили тихий номер, но в один вечер внизу в банкетном зале была вечеринка, и весь шум и громкая музыка были очень сильно слышны в номере. Закончилось это после 12 часов ночи. В остальном все очень неплохо.

We booked at short notice after the Chester races, and we were pleasantly surprised. We arrived too late to try the restaurant, but our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. It is also worth noting that although the hotel was very busy, there was very little noise once you moved through to your accommodation. For the location and price we would definitely stay again.

訂了高級的雙人房，房間空間可以，設施都翻新了，但沖廁所水比較弱及回得慢，這是一個大問題。另，與大堂職員聯絡是用WhatsApp比較麻煩。酒店大堂翻新了，很舒服及很富麗堂皇，讚！
